At POWER + REVIVE we pride ourselves on creating the fitness environment and community that makes you fall in love with training.

For us, that starts with Group Workouts which is pretty much the reason we built P+R. We want you to train hard, sweat profusely, laugh hysterically and build unbreakable bonds with our coaches, members and friendly staff.

Now, that doesn’t mean we forgot about the gym lovers. We also have an air conditioned Open Gym with all the equipment you need for a strength or conditioning session if you prefer to ride solo.

Once all that hard work is done, you can head for a well-earned rest in our purpose built Recovery area equipped with ice bath, sauna, jacuzzi and sundeck.

Did we mention we also do Pilates? Introducing you to our sister studio REVIVE + PILATES. We love our unique reformer class styles Sweatformer, Gluteformer + Strongformer and we’re sure you will too! Don’t worry though, we’ve also got you covered with the essential All Levels, Intermediate, Advanced classes too.

We focus on doing things differently, and have designed a space that is perfect for getting some ‘Me Time’. Our studio is fitted out with a cool interior, dim lighting and plenty of mirror space to check that form. Then our R+P Instructors will bring expert level coaching, fun vibes, and of course - plenty of spicy workouts.

With over 50 Reformer + Mat Pilates classes held every week, we make it easy for you to fit in your Pilates practice.

VISIT REVIVE + PILATES

Gluteformer:
A lower body targeted workout; glutes, hamstrings, quads and of course, your abs!

Sweatformer:
A high intensity cardio style class with higher reps and shorter rest times.

Intermediate
Think Teaser, Snake and all the advanced moves a Pilates gal/guy lives for.

Mat Pilates:
Tone your whole body and build overall strength using body weight and props.
